From my first chain, I was "hooked" (pun intended). I absolutely love to crochet. I have 3 children that I am homeschooling and I am also fighting to keep from getting type 2 diabetes as well as heart disease, so I do not have as much time as I like to crochet.
I have made things like hats, purses, scarves, cell phone cases, etc. but have recently discovered amigurumi. I am sure everyone knows what that is by now, if not - it is the Japanese art of crochet using a smaller than normal crochet hook to fashion animals. However, crochet fanatics have found ways to turn everything into an "amigurumi" item from food, to furniture and even dolls.
So lets get "hooking"!
